What time does Fair Oaks open for walkers?

Fair Oaks opens at 7:00am each morning for mall walkers. Enjoy the safe, climate-controlled comfort of Fair Oaks Mall while you walk your way to fitness. There is no structured program, anyone is welcome.

What are your Rules of Conduct?

Fair Oaks Mall is a privately-owned property. We welcome all visitors who comply with these Rules of Conduct and our other policies. We have established these Rules of Conduct to insure the safety and comfort of all visitors. The following are prohibited on the Property:

1. Disorderly, intimidating, threatening, dangerous or disruptive conduct of any nature, including but not limited to: use of obscene or insulting language or gestures, loitering, running, yelling, fighting, throwing any objects, littering, playing radios or other audio devices, rollerblading, skateboarding, bicycling.

2. Standing, walking, sitting or moving in such a way as to cause inconvenience to others, or in or on a prohibited area or object.

3. Any act which could result in physical harm to persons or damage to property.
4. Any act prohibited by local, state or federal laws or ordinances.

5. Truancy.

6. Possession of an open container or consumption of alcoholic beverages other than in licensed areas.
7. Possession or consumption of illegal substances.
8. Distribution of literature or other items, offering any item for sale, solicitation, conducting surveys, videotaping or photography, with
out, in each instance, the prior written consent of mall management
under the mall’s Access Policy or other applicable policies.
9. Visiting the center without shirt or shoes, or failing to be fully clothed. Wearing clothing that is, or in a manner that is, obscene, offensive to others, that may provoke a disturbance, or is other wise inconsistent with a first-class, family oriented shopping center.
10. Smoking in interior common areas, corridors or other prohibited areas.
11. Possession of pets or other animals, except for service animals such as Leader Dogs.

 

Violators of these Rules of Conduct may be subject to expulsion, banning, and/or arrest for criminal trespass or for other violation of law. Violators of banning orders may be subject to arrest and prosecution for criminal trespass. These Rules of Conduct may be amended or changed at any time and are in addition to all other rules and policies pertaining to the Property.

Do you have a Children's Play Area?

The Michael & Son Fun Zone is located in the lower level in front of the Fair Oaks DMV and JCPenney.

 

The new Michael & Son Fun Zone features a variety of activities and play areas for youngsters.  Children are able to crawl through oversized tape measures and colorful rolls of electricians tape or sit atop a large antique shower knob. The centerpiece of the Michael & Son Fun Zone is a 15-foot long replica of Michael & Son’s signature blue and white truck, giving youngsters a chance to get behind the steering wheel or climb into the truck by way of a stair made of a 17-foot long hammer and then slide down the back of the play vehicle.

The Michael & Son Fun Zone is surrounded by contemporary modular furnishings, café table seating, and "tech tables" with charging outlets and high-top stools.

 

The Michael & Son Fun Zone is closed for cleaning daily from approximately 3 pm to 3:30pm.

Easter Bunny Characters, Helpers and Local Managers Posted Feb 20th

Hop on Over! Cherry Hill Photo is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated Local Manager, Assistant Manager, Helpers and Easter Bunny characters to contribute to our Easter Bunny photo set. Year after year, families and children flock to the Easter Bunny set to visit and get their annual photo with the Easter Bunny. As a local manager, it’s your job to build and manage a team that will engage customers in this dynamic environment. The Local Manager will hire and lead the team to engage customers and create a magical experience while capturing a photo with the Easter Bunny! Adaptable and flexible by nature, you're composed and collected as you balance the needs of your team, the Easter Bunny, the corporate partner and customers.

Season runs from late March (24/25) to April 15th. On site, paid training provided.  Applicants applying to be the Easter Bunny (we provide the costume) must be a minimum age of 18 years old.   Part time and full time positions available.  Perfect for Moms of school age children, retirees, students, and anyone who desires to work seasonally and earn extra income. 

Key qualifications for all staff include:

  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences
  • Taking digital photos (training provided)
  • Greeting & working with families/children
  • Learning the POS system (cash register) (training provided)
  • Enthusiastic, Outgoing, flexible personality & dependability 

In addition, the Local/Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Hiring, supervising and scheduling of staff
  • Daily paperwork
  • Daily deposits, Weekly payroll
  • All aspects of set operations

With close to 8,000 easily accessed parking spaces, Fair Oaks has a lot of parking--close to mall entrances on lower & upper levels, and in various parking decks.  The mall in the middle of a circle and parking in and around the ring-road is plentiful.
