Fair Oaks Shopping Center is closed Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Only service dogs are allowed in the Center. All other pets brought into the Center must be in an enclosed carrier.
Yes. You may purchase a Gift Card online from the Fair Oaks website. Click on the "Gift Card" link on the home page and read the instructions on how to order a Gift Card online.

Yes. Wheelchairs, strollers and electric scooters (scooter-by appointment only) are available with no charge at the customer service center located on the lower level by Lord & Taylor.
Fair Oaks opens at 6:30am each morning for mall walkers. Enjoy the safe, climate-controlled comfort of Fair Oaks Mall while you walk your way to fitness. There is no structured program, anyone is welcome.
