Description:
We have an immediate opportunity for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join Fair Oaks Mall as a Specialty Leasing Agent Assistant. This position supports the Specialty Leasing Agent (SLA) in all administrative functions to allow for increased prospecting, meetings and deal making by the SLA, as well as supports and assists customers, vendors, merchants and staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prospect screening for all incoming calls and "walk-ins", mailing information packages/applications to prospective tenants, scheduling meetings/conference calls for the SLA and producing all center reports related to the Specialty Leasing Department.
Position responsibilities also include the Reception area (assisting walk-in guests, answering phones, etc.), general office administration, mailings and faxing/copying.
